1 General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the banglio platform and all services under it — casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other entertainment activities.

By registering on the banglio platform or starting to use the service in any way, the user is considered to have read, understood and accepted all of these Terms. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should stop using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the service on banglio, the user must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Each person may open only one account.
Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited.

If any unauthorised activity occurs on the account, the banglio support team must be notified immediately.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold or rented to another person.
If an account is shared or access is given to a third party, that account may be suspended.
Users should change their password regularly and use a strong password.

banglio will not be responsible for any loss to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on banglio. A minimum limit is set for each transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Deposits can only be made through verified payment methods.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, banglio reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal for investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

banglio offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions, and it is important to read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and ৳20,000 must be wagered to meet the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Guidelines

Bonus eligibility is for active account holders only.
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.
If bonus conditions are violated, banglio reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
No bonus may be treated as cash.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on banglio are conducted according to the following rules.

6.1 General Betting Conditions

A bet once accepted cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was incorrectly calculated due to a technical error.
For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with banglio's defined policy.

6.2 Gaming Results

banglio's games are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and random outcomes. Manipulating any game result is entirely impossible, and any attempt at fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is left incomplete due to server outages, network problems or other technical reasons, banglio will make a decision at its own discretion — which will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and the associated balance may be forfeited:

Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Taking financial advantage through fraudulent use of the bonus system.
Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the account.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Threatening, harassing or behaving indecently towards other users.
Operating an account with a false identity or fake information.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Limitation of Liability

banglio will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform, unless that loss was directly caused by banglio's own negligence.

banglio bears limited liability for issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
banglio is not liable for any problem caused by the user's device or software.

14 Mobile App Usage

banglio's Android (APK) and iOS versions are available through official channels. These full Terms apply equally when using the platform through the mobile app.

It is recommended to download the app from official sources only.
Install app updates on time to maintain security and performance.
Ensuring the security of the device when using the mobile app is the user's responsibility.

15 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters related to the banglio platform will be governed by applicable international online gaming laws and the regulations of the platform's operating authority.
